Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Instagram Reels Video recorder as well as an Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing short-form videos for our brand as well as our client’s social presence. If you have a passion for video editing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to tell stories through captivating visuals, we would love to have you on
board.

Responsibilities:

• Have a creative eye to record videos for Fb/IG reels and YT shorts.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels/YouTube shorts, adhering to the brand’s style and guidelines.
• Use video editing software to trim, arrange, and enhance footage for maximum impact.
• Apply creative transitions, effects, and animations to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
• Optimize video content for social media format, ensuring the videos are visually appealing and engaging.
• Content Curation: Select relevant video clips, images, and audio to create compelling and cohesive videos
• Incorporate on-trend and popular content elements to increase engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and generate fresh ideas for Reels content.

Storytelling and Narration:

• Understand the brand’s messaging and storytelling objectives to create videos that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Utilize video sequencing, pacing, and audio to create a cohesive narrative and capture viewers’ attention.
• Incorporate engaging captions, subtitles, or text overlays to enhance the storytelling experience.
• Visual and Audio Enhancement:
• Enhance video quality by adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation, and other visual parameters.
• Sync appropriate background music, sound effects, or voiceovers to enhance the video’s impact.
• Maintain a consistent visual and audio style across all videos while aligning with the brand’s identity.

Quality Control and Optimization:

• Review and proofread videos for errors, ensuring accurate captions, smooth transitions, and proper audio synchronization.
• Optimize video files for efficient storage and upload while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new editing techniques, and Instagram Reels features
