1. No Refunds on Initiated Services
Once a service has been initiated, we do not offer refunds. This policy ensures that our team is compensated for the time and resources invested in delivering your project. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Hourly Services
For hourly services:
- The purchased hours can be used over a period of two months starting from the month the service is initiated.
- Unused hours after this two-month period will expire and cannot be refunded or rolled over to future months.
- We encourage clients to plan and utilize their hours effectively within the designated time frame.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Services not being initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Razee.
- Instances where services have not been delivered as per the mutually agreed terms.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted. Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of Razee.
