Building Sustainable Organic Growth Beyond Paid Campaigns
Karma Workspaces partnered with Razee to strengthen its visibility across Google, attract more relevant search traffic, and build a dependable organic presence for its coworking, managed office, furnished office, and virtual office solutions.
Over 19 months, from December 2024 to June 2026, the website achieved strong growth across search impressions, clicks, organic sessions, indexed pages, authority, and visitor engagement. The result was a steady source of non paid traffic that continued to grow even after an early paid campaign ended.

From Short Term Traffic to Long Term Search Growth
At the beginning of the reporting period, Karma Workspaces received a large amount of traffic from a paid cross network campaign. That campaign ran from December 2024 to February 2025 and ended in March.
Once the paid activity stopped, overall users naturally declined. However, the organic numbers continued moving upward.
This distinction matters.
The goal of SEO was not to recreate a temporary paid traffic spike. It was to build a search presence that could attract relevant visitors consistently without depending on ongoing advertising spend.
By June 2026, organic sessions had reached their highest level in the reporting period, while impressions, clicks, indexed pages, and engagement had all grown significantly.

Challenges
01
Low Search Visibility
The website appeared for a limited number of relevant coworking and office related searches. Monthly impressions stood at only 2.89K at the beginning of the campaign.
02
Rankings Outside High Visibility Positions
With an average position of 35.9, the website was generally appearing around page four of Google, where users were far less likely to find it.
03
Dependence on Paid Traffic
A large paid campaign created an early traffic spike, but this traffic was not sustainable once the campaign ended.
04
Limited Search Footprint
Only 44 pages were indexed at the start of the measured indexing period. This restricted the number of searches and topics the website could compete for.
05
Weak Authority Signals
The website began with an Ahrefs Domain Rating of 3.2 and a Moz Domain Authority of 9, which limited its ability to compete for stronger commercial searches.
06
Low Organic Visibility
Average engagement time was only eight seconds, showing that the website needed more relevant content and stronger alignment with visitor intent.

More Visibility and Better Quality Visitors
Growth was not limited to traffic volume.
The quality of website visits improved as well.
Average engagement time increased from eight seconds to 40 seconds, which represents a fivefold improvement. Engaged sessions per user rose from 0.35 to 0.59, while the bounce rate improved from 76.9% to 74%.
These numbers suggest that users arriving through search were finding content that matched their needs more closely.
Instead of attracting random visits, the website began reaching people actively researching office space, coworking options, furnished workspaces, and flexible business solutions.

Organic Search Became the Growth Engine
The clearest sign of progress came after the paid campaign ended.
Overall traffic fell because the early paid cross network activity stopped, but organic search continued to rise. Organic sessions reached 654 and organic users reached 355 in June 2026, the highest figures recorded during the reporting period.
This shows that Karma Workspaces was no longer relying only on short paid bursts to bring visitors to the website.
SEO had started creating its own momentum through better rankings, more indexed content, stronger authority, and wider search visibility.
Service Impact
Razee’s SEO work helped Karma Workspaces create a stronger digital foundation for long term growth.
The website now appears for significantly more searches, receives more clicks, attracts more organic users, and keeps visitors engaged for longer.
The larger indexed footprint also allows Karma Workspaces to compete across a wider range of high intent and informational searches. At the same time, improved local visibility supports people who are actively looking for office solutions in Ahmedabad.
The campaign did not simply increase one number. It created connected growth across visibility, authority, traffic, content reach, and engagement.
What Comes Next
The website has moved from low visibility toward page two, which creates a strong opportunity for the next stage of growth.
The focus now should be on pages ranking between positions 11 and 20. These pages are already close to page one and may respond well to stronger internal links, updated content, improved headings, and more focused keyword targeting.
High impression pages should also receive updated titles and meta descriptions to improve click through rates. With visibility already growing, better search snippets can generate more clicks without requiring an immediate ranking increase.
Continued content publishing and quality backlink development will also help protect existing progress and move priority service pages closer to the top ten.
